Welcome to tidepool

Tidepool is a modern wellness collective built on the belief that discomfort invites rebirth.
Rooted in movement, heat, and community, we create spaces that challenge, restore, and reconnect—whether through guided training, communal runs, or time spent in stillness.
From the bathhouse to the trail, Tidepool invites you to return to yourself, one ritual at a time.

meet the founder

Savannah is a certified personal trainer, wellness facilitator, and the founder of Tidepool—a modern space for movement, recovery, and real community.

With over a decade in the health and wellness world, Savannah created Tidepool to be the kind of place she always wanted but couldn’t find: one that celebrates effort over perfection, welcomes discomfort as part of growth, and helps people reconnect with themselves, through sweat, stillness, or both.

Her approach blends structure with softness, science with intuition. Whether she's coaching a client, leading a run, or curating space in the bathhouse, Savannah’s goal is always the same: to create environments where people feel strong, seen, and supported.
